Domestic Shipping (India) At Manvesha Trends, we prioritize efficiency and reliability. We offer a 7-day delivery timeline for all orders placed within India.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is verified.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will reach you within 5 business days. Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 7 days.

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number as soon as the package leaves our facility.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

  • Service Areas: We deliver to all major pin codes across India. If your location is in a remote area, an additional 1–2 days may be required, which will be communicated by our logistics partner.

Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Window We provide a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if it does not meet our quality standards.

  • Eligibility Criteria: * The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items: * Kitchen & Fitness: For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or have broken seals (e.g., intimate fitness gear or food-contact kitchen tools) are not eligible for return.

    • Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.

  • The Process: 1. To initiate a return, contact us at manveshatrends@gmail.com. 2. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. 3. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method (PhonePe, Paytm, or Bank Account) within 5–7 business days.
